Neal Girandola brings over 15 years of experience in branded storytelling, creative direction, and content strategy to his role as Director of Marketing at Tri-Shield Security & Protection Services. With a deep belief that trust begins with connection, Neal specializes in humanizing brands—telling real stories about real people to make companies more relatable and referable.

Before joining Tri-Shield, Neal led award-winning marketing campaigns in both the financial services and collegiate sports arenas, helping firms grow from local standouts to nationally recognized brands. His work has earned national honors, including three Davey Web Awards and a Silver Telly Award, and he’s produced hundreds of videos that educate, inspire, and build credibility.
