Operations Manager

Brian Pesce brings 25 years of distinguished law enforcement experience to Tri-Shield Security & Protection Services, where he serves as Director of Strategic Operations. A graduate of The College of New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in Law and Justice, Brian began his public safety career in 1998 as a patrolman with the Bordentown Township Police Department. He rose through the ranks and ultimately served as Chief of Police for six years.

As Chief, Brian led with a forward-thinking, 21st-century policing philosophy that emphasized trust, transparency, and community partnership. He championed a shift from a “warrior” mindset to one of guardianship—instilling a culture rooted in service, accountability, and connection. Under his leadership, the department implemented enhanced school security protocols, embraced modern technology, expanded de-escalation training, and prioritized diversity and inclusion.

Brian is the past president of the Burlington County Detectives Association and remains an active member of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police and the Burlington County Police Chiefs Association.

His leadership and commitment to public trust continue to shape Tri-Shield’s mission to serve with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
